These newly constructed town houses are available for vacation rentals by owners Kevin and Lisa Greenspan. Come
and visit with friends, family or corporate
associates/partners. Enjoy biking on the perimeter road that
surrounds the lake as it winds through beautiful
country scenery.
Watch out for crossing families of turkey, deer and
bears. Mountain
hiking and biking enthusiasts will appreciate the many single
track trails that bring bikers to this area from all over
the country. For winter fun, nearby Beech Mountain and Sugar Mountain offer premier locations for ski vacations and winter sports. |

Asheville and its many spectacular sightseeing
opportunities like the famous winding Blue Ridge
Parkway and the extravagant Biltmore House. Tour
Black Mountain, a quaint, small town, just 20
minutes away that is steeped in amazing artistry
talent that has a variety of unique shops and
restaurants bringing visitors from the world over.
Activities (on site or nearby): Additional nearby
activities include: 3 Golf Courses, Hiking, Rock
Climbing, Golf, Road biking on the 32 mile
tree-lined mountain road the development is on.
Mountain Biking brings competitors from both
sides of the country to train on amazing single
track, Shopping, Restaurants, Sightseeing, Swimming,
Boating, Water skiing, Wakeboarding and tubing will
ALWAYS bring smiles and joy to your children. 2

Amenities: Finished basement/game room with
additional sleeping space. Each bedroom has a
breathtaking view of Lake James and the Master
Bedroom has a large Jacuzzi style tub with jets. The
living/dining room is 500 sq. ft. with a huge
cathedral ceiling. The kitchen is complete with all
stainless appliances. Watch your favorite movies on
the 42" flat panel, wall mounted Plasma Screen TV.
Direct TV Satellite programming
with all premium channels along with an
"N-speed", Hi-Fi wireless throughout the
home.
For your acoustic pleasure, there is an
1100 watt 7.1 channel surround sound stereo system,
DVD and CD Player. (Don't forget your I Pod cable) Finished
game room downstairs for kids (the kids in us)-
complete with XBOX video game console and way too
many games for it, TV with Direct TV programming,
bunk bed (sleeps 3, one up top, 2 below) and a Futon
couch/bed. Many classic board games and cards are
available

The 2 car garage has a pool table, ping pong table, and
bar.
Located inside the community you'll have access to
the Marina/Boat Slip, New 21' Pontoon Boat with 70
hp ,Suzuki 4 stroke motor, Fishing, water skiing,
Wakeboarding, Restaurant, Tennis, Bird-watching and
scenic drives. (Tennis courts, Marina, Gas Dock,
and Restaurant are all located in the development.)
A 21' Pontoon Boat is available for an additional
$1000- per week for townhouse renters and 1400/wk
for just a boat rental.
