These Vacation Rental Rates are per townhouse.
Rates (in US Dollars):
Daily rates for the Townhouses:

Rate for dates other than summer, and holidays:
$225/day Sunday through Thursday
$275/day Friday and Saturday

Rate summer, and holidays:
$325/day Sunday through Thursday
$400/day Friday and Saturday
(Plus $100.00 Towels and linens per stay, $100.00
cleaning fee, 3% McDowell Co. Tourism Tax and 7% NC
tax. There is a $300.00 refundable deposit and 50%
of fees are required at time of reservation.)
Mid
and long-term leases will be considered from Sept 1
thru May 31

Weekly Vacation Rentals are from Friday afternoon till
Friday morning. The following rates include
all towels and linens. Units are to be left clean
otherwise additional cleaning charges will be
deducted from security deposit.
Jan-May .............. $1700/week. (Plus 3% McDowell Co. Tourism Tax and 7% NC tax.
There is a $300.00 refundable deposit and 50% of
fees are required at time of reservation.)
Jun-Aug............. $2200/week. (Plus 3% McDowell Co. Tourism Tax and 7% NC tax.
There is a $300.00 refundable deposit and 50% of
fees are required at time of reservation.)
Sep-Dec ** .............. $1700/week. (Plus 3% McDowell Co. Tourism Tax and 7% NC tax.
There is a $300.00 refundable deposit and 50% of
fees are required at time of reservation. This rate
does not cover the weeks of Thanksgiving and
Christmas)
**Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Weeks ..............
